Cesar Navarro, MSM, born in September 1987 in Lima, Peru, and proudly rooted in Miami, Florida, is a U.S.-based marketing strategist, published author, and visionary entrepreneur. Renowned for his expertise in business psychology and branding, Navarro has carved a name for himself as a leading force in the health and dental marketing space.

He is the Founder and CEO of Geek Dental Marketing®, a premier full-service agency specializing in dental marketing solutions. In addition, he owns CEN Branding, a luxury branding studio dedicated to crafting iconic brands through strategic development, refined design, and a deep psychological approach to brand identity. His work blends creative excellence with market-driven strategies, transforming ambitious visions into enduring brands.

Navarro began his professional journey in the U.S. Army, where he served as a Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO). His time in the military instilled discipline, strategic thinking, and attention to detail—qualities that continue to shape his leadership and marketing approach today. After his military service, Navarro transitioned into dentistry, first as a treatment coordinator and later as a group practice administrator. It was during this time that he discovered the communication gaps and marketing struggles that many dentists face, which ultimately inspired him to build solutions of his own.

He earned his undergraduate education at Florida International University, studying Business and Psychology, and later completed a Master of Science in Marketing from prestigious universities overseas. Combining clinical experience with business acumen, Navarro launched Geek Dental Marketing® to provide dentists with targeted strategies that focus on branding, visibility, and long-term practice growth.
